OVERVIEW

This website is operated by bonitogo.com, which is proudly managed by Yiwu Guohong Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bonitogo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user (primarily commercial buyers, wholesalers, and corporate clients), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or placing a wholesale or custom order with us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 – COMMERCIAL & ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are conducting business as a corporate entity, partnership, or sole proprietorship under your local jurisdiction. You may not use our products (including custom logo automatic buckle belts, straps, or hardware) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS & B2B SPECIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate commercial reasons at any time.

You acknowledge that custom designs, technical mold blueprints, and pre-production proofs approved by your representatives constitute the final manufacturing baseline. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the proprietary belt mechanics, structural V-grooves, or specialized hardware designs developed by Bonitogo without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY AND MODIFICATIONS OF PRICES

FOB/CIF pricing, bulk wholesale tiers, and material surcharges for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw materials (leather, zinc alloy hardware) or international shipping rates. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of production.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS, OEM CUSTOMIZATION & PACKAGING

Certain products or custom belt series (such as corporate logo gifts, sports/university series) may be manufactured exclusively online or based on specific offline contracts. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and finishes of our automatic buckle metal molds and leather straps. However, subtle industrial tolerances in electroplating or leather grain are inherent to mass manufacturing.

All sales of customized, OEM, or branded batches are final and are governed strictly by our B2B Return Policy. We reserve the right to enforce Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

We reserve the right to refuse or hold any wholesale order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per business entity or per shipping destination. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a production run, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the corporate email or WhatsApp provided during the quotation phase.

SECTION 6 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND INDUSTRIAL TOLERANCES

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to product parameters, shipping weights, transit times, and lead times. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or adjust commercial invoices if any information is inaccurate, prior to the commencement of mass production.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Bonitogo, our directors, officers, factory managers, employees, or logistics partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost retail profits, lost corporate revenue, downstream retail chargebacks, or logistical distribution delays arising from your use of our manufacturing services or products procured from us.

SECTION 8 – SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable under international trade customs, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreements whereby we provide you manufacturing or export services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing international commercial trade laws and standard international business arbitration customs.
