- 1, What material is the belt and buckle made of ?
The buckle is made of zinc alloy, and the material of the belt strap is usually split leather fo cow and top-grain leather of cow.
- 2, How do I know if the buckle and belt strap match my existing buckle and belt strap?
Please refer to our product description. If your belt width is 1 1/8″ (3.1-3.3cm), then please purchase our buckle for 1 1/8″ belt. If your belt width is 1 3/8″*(3.4-3.55cm), then please purchase our buckle that fits the 1 3/8″ belt .If your belt width is 1.42″(about 3.6cm), then please purchase our buckle that fits the 1.42″ belt and do the same when purchasing our belt products. (Note that the thickness of the belt strap on the market is usually 0.157″-0.173″, which is about 4.0mm-4.4mm. The thickness of the inferior/bad belt strap is usually lower than this thickness. If use our buckle on products with thickness lower than this, it will cause the buckle to break away from the slide rail of the belt strap, and the belt cannot be locked. The weight of iron buckle of the same size is only half that of zinc alloy buckle. The feel is light and the appearance is not as good as zinc alloy buckle. You could consult customer service for the identification method of leather. Our customer service will teach you the identification method step by step, or identify according to the identification methods in the network.

You could order one piece of our existing products from us. When you receive the goods and are not satisfied with the quality, we will refund you. Because the making logo of the buckle is different from the process of making the logo on the belt strap , if you purchase the customized logo service of the buckle, then the service is only applicable to the buckle; If you purchase the customized logo service of the belt strap, then this service is only applicable to the belt strap.
- 4,After I customize the logo once, I don’t need to pay the mold fee if I place an order again, right?
Yes. After you place an order again, you don’t need to choose the customized option, just tell the customer service staff, and then we will print the logo in the right place according to your requirements.
- 5,Then can I change a new logo when I place an order at next time? Is it free of charge?
This problem bothers us very much, because we have to remake the mould to replace the logo, so we have to charge the mould fee again. So after customizing the logo, no matter how many products you buy or when you buy them, we will do it as long as you need to print the logo. But once the logo is replaced, we will have to charge a mold fee again.
